This Emile Galle designed, flower carved, plant stand is a new reproduction of an 1846 Art Nouveau style, which won rave reviews for the artist. The name of this plant stand comes from the designer Galle who designs glass pieces with characteristic twists and curves as
modeled in this plant stand. The scalloped table top is solid mahogany with hand carved flowers and plant like figural legs. The details are magnificent in the floral bouquet of the apron and are a testament to the quality. The wood used is solid mahogany and finish in a rich, antique brown stain. |
