This solid mahogany Chippendale flip top games table is a new reproduction of a style made popular during the late 1700's. The flip top swivels on a full apron with a drawer for cards, checkers and other games paraphernalia and folds open to reveal an 35" x 35" inlaid checker board top, which rests on the gate leg. The apron is finished with a rope edge and rests on cabriole legs, with acanthus carved knees and finishing with ball and claw feet. This chippendale flip top games talbe is finished in a warm nutty brown mahogany stain, hand rubbed, satin smooth. |
