Dian Furniture can ship worldwide, but has the most experience shipping to the USA. We ship regularly to the USA and we have shipped to 24 different states in the last 3 years.

Payments Accepted

Dian Furniture accepts secure online payments using Paypal. Paypal uses 128 bit SSL encryption technology which is the most accepted and highest standard among online payment systems. Not only does Paypal use the highest standards of encryption technology, but, Paypal checks whether your web browser is compatible with sending the information correctly. If you cannot send it correctly, the transaction will not take place and you will be informed of this instantly.

Dian Furniture also accepts American Express, Mastercard, and Visa over the phone.

Privacy of Information Collected

When you pay using Paypal, your privacy is protected under the Better Business Bureau Online Protection policy. When you provide personal information to Dian Furniture, we store the information on our database which is stored on a personal computer, NOT a server which is usually connected to the internet 24 hours a day. Your information is not shared with anyone else.

Delivery Information

Dian Furniture ships your small to medium sized furniture using reputable shipping companies such as Purolator, UPS, or Fedex, (although these are not exclusive). We will always use a company that guarantees delivery against loss and damage.

Larger pieces will ship using a reputable trucking company. Please note that if we deliver your item(s) using a trucking company, we strongly urge you to inspect the box before signing any paperwork. If possible, open your item before the driver leaves or before signing anything. If there is damage to the box, note it down when signing, even take a picture.

In fact, have a camera ready with you when you receive your item so you can take a picture of the box in case you notice any damage. Damage claims are very difficult to claim for concealed damage.

Packaging Information

Feel safe and confident that Dian Furniture uses strong carton boxes and padding for shipping your furniture. We use double-wall carton boxes and will crate your item if needed at no extra cost! We are experienced at packaging and shipping and know how to package your furniture so it arrives safely to your home.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We sell our items as-is unless not as described. However, if you have a problem, please contact us at 416-291-5895. We are confident your issue can be resolved professionally and amicably and to your satisfaction.

In the rare event of shipping damage, we will provide a refund of the item cost after the claim between the shipper and our company is completed. The shipping cost is non-refundable.

We ensure the quality of your merchandise to be the same quality and finish as shown on our website. If requested, we can take photographs of the item you wish to purchase before it is shipped out so you feel confident of what you are buying. This applies only to in stock items.

By doing this, both YOU and Us go through quality checks of the furniture before it gets shipped out to eliminate or minimize the chance of any disappointment.

Deposits

Full deposits are required for ordering in furniture we do not have in stock.

Sales Taxes

US residents do not need to pay any sales taxes.
